I have enjoyed millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of cash at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that 21 seems to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original sum.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very exciting on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a few years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this tactic! And a few months ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Bet $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 bet

Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20

Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet

Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet

Wager $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original $160 bet

If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
